David O'Sullivan

CEO

David commenced working in the insulation business in 2009 as a Sales and Project Manager. He obtained and managed projects for various County Councils, State Bodies, Electric Ireland, St. Vincent De Paul and the Office of Public Works. David and his team have been involved in insulating over 3,000 Irish Homes since 2009.

External Wall Insulation

External Wall Insulation is where an insulated board is installed over the external wall of your home, the home is then re-plastered and an acrylic render is then installed over this. Minimal disruption to the homeowner as all works are external. Works take from 5 to 10 days to carry out depending on size of your home. Cavity Wall Insulation

Cavity Wall Insulation is where insulated beads are pumped into the cavity of your home. Benefits: SEAI grants currently available up to �250 for homes built before 2006. Minimal disruption to the homeowner as all works are external and are completed in 1 day.

Insulation rolled out in your attic to a minimum of 300mm. Benefits SEAI grants currently available up to �200 for homes built before 2006. Minimal disruption to the homeowner as all works are completed in 1 day. Includes insulating all pipes and water tanks in your attic.

Dry Lining Insulation

Internal Wall Insulation is where an insulated slab is fitted to the internal walls of your home. This type of insulation is most suited to stone built and timber frame homes. It is also suitable for insulating ceilings in flat roofed rooms. Benefits: SEAI grants currently available up to �1,800 for homes built before 2006. Enhances the quality of your home.

Draught Proofing

Draught proofing strips are installed in your windows, doors and letterbox which help prevent draughts and lead to better heat retention.

BER Certificates

A Building Energy Rating (BER) is compulsory for all houses being sold or rented. In order to qualify for SEAI Grants it is also compulsory to have a BER carried out at your home. SEAI supply a grant of �50 for a BER to be carried out. We can arrange for our external BER Assessor to carry out a BER at your property.
